{"id":1020,"date":"2019-01-25T09:40:57","date_gmt":"2019-01-25T08:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/?p=1020"},"modified":"2019-02-24T09:09:54","modified_gmt":"2019-02-24T08:09:54","slug":"porridge-aux-flocons-davoine-et-graines-de-chia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/25\/porridge-aux-flocons-davoine-et-graines-de-chia\/","title":{"rendered":"Porridge aux flocons d\u2019avoine et graines de chia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le porridge est un dessert que je trouve malgr\u00e9 tout assez hivernale, car il est r\u00e9confortant, riche, assez copieux mais terriblement cr\u00e9meux, gourmand et complet.<\/strong><em> Il est id\u00e9al si une s\u00e9ance sportive est pr\u00e9vue, ou si une grosse journ\u00e9e est attendue.&nbsp;<\/em>La base est assez simple du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et des flocons d&#8217;avoine&nbsp;(toujours plus de lait que de flocons)&nbsp;et apr\u00e8s \u00e0 vous d&#8217;\u00eatre cr\u00e9atif, vous mettez ce que vous voulez pour le&nbsp;topping&nbsp;(le porridge peut \u00eatre un petit&nbsp;dej&nbsp;assez riche en fonction de ce que vous mettez&nbsp;dessus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le porridge de base il vous faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100g de petits flocons d\u2019avoine (ou flocons de ch\u00e2taigne, pois chiche, \u00e9peautre, sarrasin&#8230;)<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de chia<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d\u2019agave ou sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li><li>250 ml de lait&nbsp;v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (perso j&#8217;adore le lait de coco dans le porridge)<\/li><li>M\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u00e9pices &#8220;pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices&#8221; ou cannelle<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le topping :<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 poign\u00e9e d&#8217;ol\u00e9agineux de ton choix&nbsp;(amandes, noisettes, cajou, macadamia&#8230;)&nbsp;OU&nbsp;1cs&nbsp;de pur\u00e9e d&#8217;ol\u00e9agineux&nbsp;(amande, cajou, cacahu\u00e8te) OU du Nocciolata (sans lait) <\/li><li>Fruits au choix par exemple ; banane\/kiwi, pomme\/poire, banane\/fruits rouges, mangue\/fruits rouges, banane\/poire&#8230;<\/li><li>Graines de courge, p\u00e9pites de chocolat, &#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faites bouillir le lait puis faites tomber les flocons d\u2019avoine et baissez le feu.
