{"id":1041,"date":"2019-01-11T15:02:12","date_gmt":"2019-01-11T14:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/?p=1041"},"modified":"2019-01-11T15:02:14","modified_gmt":"2019-01-11T14:02:14","slug":"cake-indien-aux-lentilles-corail-et-butternut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/11\/cake-indien-aux-lentilles-corail-et-butternut\/","title":{"rendered":"Cake Indien aux lentilles corail et butternut"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Des <strong>lentilles corail<\/strong> et du <strong>butternut<\/strong> dans un\u00a0cake c&#8217;est plut\u00f4t surprenant et ce n&#8217;est pas vraiment mon id\u00e9e, je me suis largement inspir\u00e9e de la recette parue dans le magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/category\/Magazine\/Healthy-Food-589928264511939\/\">Healthy Food<\/a> #15 de Janvier, F\u00e9vrier 2019\u00a0(je vous conseille vivement ce magazine tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, avec de chouettes recettes tr\u00e8s gourmandes, mais \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s\u00a0saines).\u00a0Dans la recette de\u00a0base c&#8217;\u00e9tait une courge moi, j&#8217;ai remplac\u00e9 par de la\u00a0butternut\u00a0(de la famille des courges&#8230;)\u00a0et \u00e7a marche tr\u00e8s bien, et j&#8217;ai \u00e9galement rajout\u00e9 une pointe de curcuma. <br><strong>Autant vous dire que ce cake est pauvre en calories, mais riche en vitamine A, prot\u00e9ines, min\u00e9raux et le curcuma ajoute ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant.\u00a0<\/strong><br><em>Ps : Il n&#8217;est pas v\u00e9g\u00e9talien il contient des oeufs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le cake il vous faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>180g de lentilles corail<\/li><li>200g de butternut<\/li><li>1 cs de curry<\/li><li>1 pointe de couteau de curcuma<\/li><li>1 oignon hach\u00e9<\/li><li>4 oeufs<\/li><li>70g de farine<\/li><li>Huile d&#8217;olive<\/li><li>sel<\/li><li>poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/li><li>R\u00e9servez 2 cs de lentilles corail, faites cuire le reste dans de l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e bouillonnante pendant 15mn.\u00a0Puis \u00e9gouttez.\u00a0<\/li><li>Coupez la\u00a0butternut\u00a0(avec la peau si elle est bio) et la mettre dans un mixeur pour la hacher avec l&#8217;oignon.<\/li><li>Dans\u00a0une\u00a0po\u00eale faites revenir le m\u00e9lange\u00a0butternut, oignon avec un peu d&#8217;huile, y ajouter le curry et le curcuma.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez\u00a0sur\u00a0feu doux\u00a0pendant 5 min, puis rajoutez les lentilles cuites et les pas cuites.\u00a0Prolongez la cuisson de 5 min.\u00a0Salez et poivrez.
