Le processus de <strong>fermentation qui produit des enzymes augmentent la biodisponibilit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs. <\/strong>Les prot\u00e9ines sont partiellement hydrolys\u00e9es ce qui augmente leur digestibilit\u00e9 et leur assimilation. Je rajoute une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique, quand l&#8217;oignon a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un peu blanchi. <\/li><li>Rajoutez les poireaux, pr\u00e9alablement bien lav\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en morceaux, y mettre la cr\u00e8me de soja, la p\u00e2te de curry, le tempeh. Laissez mijoter sur le feu en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, au moins 10min.
