Mettre les l\u00e9gumes de cot\u00e9. <\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce, mettre dans une casserole sur feu moyen le jus d&#8217;orange au moins 10 petites minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li><li>Enlever du feu, y ajouter l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le vinaigre balsamique, la moutarde, le piment d&#8217;Espelette, le gomasio et le poivre. Bien m\u00e9langer id\u00e9alement au petit <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"fouet sp\u00e9cial vinaigrette. (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/cdn2.alicedelice.com\/2177\/745x747\/cuillere-magique-rose-colourworks.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">fouet sp\u00e9cial vinaigrette.<\/a> <\/li><li>Mettre tous les l\u00e9gumes dans votre plus beau saladier et arroser de l&#8217;assaisonnement, bien m\u00e9langer.
