Ma m\u00e8re n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas une grande fan de cuisine, du coup, on mangeait toujours assez simplement. Mais sa quiche aux poireaux a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 excellente. Histoire de changer de la quiche aux poireaux, j&#8217;avais envie de les faire en <strong>vinaigrette l\u00e9g\u00e8rement revisit\u00e9<\/strong>, car sinon je trouve \u00e7a tr\u00e9s ennuyant (\u00e0 moins de s&#8217;appeler Alain Ducasse, ce qui n&#8217;est pas mon cas). <br><br>Le poireau fait partie de la m\u00eame famille que l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail, il est <strong>riche en vitamines et en min\u00e9raux<\/strong>.&nbsp;Il est <strong>pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de le faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;eau<\/strong> afin de pr\u00e9server un maximum de min\u00e9raux et vitamines durant la cuisson.&nbsp;L&#8217;association du poireau et des noix de p\u00e9can est super bonne, la tendresse du poireau et&nbsp;le croustillant&nbsp;des noix de p\u00e9can fonctionne hyper bien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour les poireaux il vous faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Des poireaux (1 par personne)<\/li><li>Des noix de p\u00e9cans<\/li><li>Des pignons de pin (en option)<\/li><li>Ciboulette fraiche si possible <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faites cuire vos poireaux (pr\u00e9alablement bien lav\u00e9s) \u00e0 la vapeur, je fais cuire les miens au Varoma du Thermomix 25\/30 minutes, (en fonction de la grosseur des poireaux). <\/li><li>R\u00e9servez les poireaux, une fois qu&#8217;ils sont cuits.<\/li><li>Enfournez vos noix de\u00a0p\u00e9can\u00a010\/15 minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0180\u00b0C\u00a0pour qu&#8217;elles se\u00a0torr\u00e9fient\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la vinaigrette :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Huile d&#8217;olive bio extra-vierge premi\u00e8re pression \u00e0 froid <\/li><li>Vinaigre de cidre<\/li><li>Echalotes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li><li>1cc de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"miso (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ecosia.org\/images?q=miso+magasin+bio#id=505E1839C2997CA0D66C9D0DD3B27EAF8830D276\" target=\"_blank\">miso<\/a><\/li><li>Sel<\/li><li>Poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette en m\u00e9langeant dans un bol 6 cs d\u2019huile d&#8217;olive, 2 cs de vinaigre de cidre, 1cc de miso, 1\/2 cc d&#8217;\u00e9chalotes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et 1cc d&#8217;eau. <\/li><li>Parsemez de ciboulette fraiche et des noix de p\u00e9can. <\/li><li>Salez poivrez.<\/li><li>Servez chaud ou froid. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"678\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/DSC0458-678x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1542\" srcset=\"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/DSC0458-678x1024.jpeg 678w, https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/DSC0458-199x300.jpeg 199w, https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/DSC0458-768x1160.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/DSC0458-150x226.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/DSC0458-600x906.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les poireaux vinaigrette sont excellents, accompagn\u00e9s d&#8217;\u0153ufs, particuli\u00e8rement ; \u0153ufs durs, mollets ou poch\u00e9s.\u00a0<br>J&#8217;ai la chance de pouvoir consommer les \u0153ufs des poules de mes parents, mais je n&#8217;en ach\u00e8te jamais, car <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"l'industrie des poules pondeuses (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.l214.com\/oeufs-et-poules-pondeuses\" target=\"_blank\">l&#8217;industrie des poules pondeuses<\/a> est terrible.\u00a0<br>Si vous en achetez, <strong>privil\u00e9giez bien les \u0153ufs de poule en plein air bio\u00a0(cat\u00e9gorie 0)<\/strong>, les poules sont un peu plus heureuses, et la qualit\u00e9 nutritive de vos \u0153ufs n&#8217;en sera que meilleurs.\u00a0Un \u0153uf d&#8217;une poule cat\u00e9gorie 3 qui est une poule en cage, est un \u0153uf qui ne contient rien\u00a0nutritivement&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J&#8217;adore les poireaux, la quiche aux poireaux, c&#8217;est vraiment quelque chose qui me rappelle mon enfance et mon adolescence.
