de courgettes jaunes et vertes aux s\u00e9sames #vegan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>J&#8217;ai tellement de courgettes dans le potager que je ne sais plus quoi en faire.&nbsp;Du coup, je mange presque des courgettes matin midi et soir, mais pour \u00e9viter de se lasser, il faut la d\u00e9cliner sous pleins de formes diff\u00e9rentes ;&nbsp;<strong>g\u00e2teau&nbsp;au chocolat&nbsp;\u00e0 la courgette, antipasti de courgettes au thym citron et ici un gratin de courgettes jaunes et&nbsp;vertes&nbsp;aux s\u00e9sames.<\/strong><br>Si vous avez des courgettes dans votre potager ou si vous les achetez bio, je vous conseille de ne pas retirer la peau. <strong>La courgette contient environ 95% d\u2019eau<\/strong> en poids.&nbsp;Parce que la majeure partie de cette eau se trouve dans la chair du l\u00e9gume, <strong>sa peau est une source plus concentr\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs.<\/strong>&nbsp;Une courgette pel\u00e9e est non seulement pauvre en vitamine C et en potassium, mais elle est \u00e9galement pratiquement d\u00e9pourvue de fibres et de vitamine K. <strong>La peau elle-m\u00eame est une riche source de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes antioxydants, notamment de lut\u00e9ine, de z\u00e9axanthine et de b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"678\" height=\"1024\" faut : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 courgette jaune<\/li><li>1 courgette verte<\/li><li>1 oignon jaune<\/li><li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li><li>Huile d&#8217;olive bio premi\u00e8re pression&nbsp;\u00e0 froid|<\/li><li>25cl&nbsp;de&nbsp;cr\u00e8me&nbsp;de soja semi-\u00e9paisse<\/li><li>2cs de maizena<\/li><li>1 cs de tahin<\/li><li>1\/2 cc d&#8217;ail fum\u00e9<\/li><li>1\/2 cc de&nbsp;curcuma<\/li><li>1\/2 cc de&nbsp;m\u00e9lange \u00ab&nbsp;quatre \u00e9pices&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li><li>Graines de s\u00e9sames blanches<\/li><li>Gomasio<\/li><li>Sel et poivre <\/li><li>3cs de levure malt\u00e9e<\/li><li>1cs de poudre d&#8217;amande<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coupez les&nbsp;courgettes&nbsp;en petits morceaux.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir 2 minutes l\u2019ail&nbsp;hach\u00e9 dans un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li><li>Ajoutez ensuite les deux&nbsp;courgettes&nbsp;et cuire \u00e0 feu moyen une dizaine de minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 gratin.<\/li><li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez, la cr\u00e8me de soja, la maizena, le m\u00e9lange 4 \u00e9pices, une pinc\u00e9e de poivre, le curcuma, 2cs de levure malt\u00e9e, une pinc\u00e9e de sel, l&#8217;ail fum\u00e9 en poudre et la cs de tahin.&nbsp;Bien m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Dans un moule \u00e0 gratin, d\u00e9posez les courgettes et saupoudrez de&nbsp;gomasio, puis versez l\u2019appareil.<\/li><li>Saupoudrez de levure malt\u00e9e et de graines de s\u00e9same.<\/li><li>Enfournez 25 minutes&nbsp;(plus ou moins, le gratin doit dorer, mais pas trop non plus et les courgettes doivent \u00eatre
