{"id":1861,"date":"2019-08-27T19:43:59","date_gmt":"2019-08-27T17:43:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/?p=1861"},"modified":"2020-04-28T20:02:05","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T18:02:05","slug":"lasagnes-aubergines-courgettes-et-haricots-rouge-vg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2019\/08\/27\/lasagnes-aubergines-courgettes-et-haricots-rouge-vg\/","title":{"rendered":"Lasagnes aubergines, courgettes et haricots rouge #vg"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Je n&#8217;avais pas encore fait de recettes de lasagnes sur mon blog, je me suis dit qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait temps d&#8217;y rem\u00e9dier.&nbsp;Les lasagnes c&#8217;est vraiment un plat &#8220;<strong>Comfort Food&#8221;, mais j&#8217;ai eu envie d&#8217;y&nbsp;ajouter&nbsp;une note un peu&nbsp;healthy&nbsp;et&nbsp;\u00e7a, c&#8217;est&nbsp;gr\u00e2ce&nbsp;aux haricots rouges.&nbsp;<\/strong>Ils apportent des <strong>fibres<\/strong>, de la <strong>sati\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>, et des<strong> prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>.&nbsp;Et \u00e9videmment des l\u00e9gumes comme toujours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la b\u00e9chamel il vous faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6cs d\u2019huile d\u2019olive bio extra vierge<\/li><li>6cs de farine<\/li><li>1L (parfois moins) de lait de soja (j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 avec du lait d\u2019amande et du lait de riz \u00e7a marche bien aussi)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans une petite casserole, faites chauffer l\u2019huile&nbsp;\u00e0 feu moyen. Ajoutez la farine en remuant \u00e9nergiquement avec un fouet.&nbsp;Bien m\u00e9langez avec un fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne sans grumeaux.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Le m\u00e9lange va d\u00e9j\u00e0 commencer \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9paissir.<\/li><li>Versez le lait froid et m\u00e9langez. Continuer \u00e0 m\u00e9langer \u00e0 feu doux avec le fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce s\u2019\u00e9paississe.<\/li><li>Ajoutez la muscade, le sel et le poivre.<\/li><li>Laissez cuire encore quelques minutes&nbsp;jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la garniture il vous faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 oignon rouge<\/li><li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail <\/li><li>1 boite de 500g de haricots rouges<\/li><li>1 aubergine <\/li><li>1 courgette (taille moyenne)<\/li><li>1 boite de 400g de concass\u00e9 de tomates<\/li><li>2 \u00e0 3 cas de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/li><li>1 cc d&#8217;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li><li>1 cc de piment doux s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li><li>Des feuilles de lasagnes \u00e0 la semoule de bl\u00e9 dur pr\u00e9cuites selon les instructions sur le paquet*<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faire revenir l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail \u00e0 feu moyen dans de l&#8217;huile speciale cuisson. Lorsque les oignons sont translucides, r\u00e9gler sur feu doux.<\/li><li>Ajoutez les tomates (concass\u00e9es et concentr\u00e9), l&#8217;origan, le piment doux, le sel et le poivre et laisser mijoter une bonne vingtaine de minutes.<\/li><li>En fin de cuisson, ajoutez les haricots rouges et si n\u00e9cessaire, du sucre de canne pour rectifier l&#8217;acidit\u00e9 et un peu d&#8217;eau si la sauce a trop r\u00e9duit c&#8217;est selon vos go\u00fbts. Cuire 2 minutes puis couper le feu.<\/li><li>Coupez les courgettes et les aubergines dans la longueur en tranches de 1cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur. Si vous avez une mandoline&nbsp;c&#8217;est&nbsp;parfait mais faites attention&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;vos doigts.&nbsp;<\/li><li>D\u00e9posez les tranches sur une plaque de four prot\u00e9g\u00e9e avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9. Enfournez les aubergines 15 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C, les sortir du four, les retourner et les r\u00e9-enfourner pour 10 \u00e0 15 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Pour les courgettes, les enfourner seulement 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, les retourner et continuer la cuisson 3-4 minutes, elles cuisent plus vite que les aubergines. Laissez refroidir le temps de faire la b\u00e9chamel.<\/li><li>Commencez par une couche de haricots rouges et tomates, lasagnes, courgettes, b\u00e9chamel, lasagnes, aubergines, haricots rouges et tomates, courgettes, lasagnes, et pour finir une g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse couche de b\u00e9chamel.
