Faire chauffez une seule conserve de lait de coco avec la f\u00e9cule dilu\u00e9e et l\u2019agar agar dans une casserole. Bien m\u00e9langez pour \u00e9viter la formation de grumeaux. Portez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis baissez le feu et laisser 30 secondes (pas plus autrement le lait r\u00e9duit). \u00a0En cas de grumeaux, mixez.<\/li><li>Ajoutez le reste de lait de coco et laissez le lait ti\u00e9dir. Lorsqu\u2019on trempe le doigt ce n\u2019est ni chaud ni froid puis ajoutez le ferment. Bien m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Versez dans des bocaux\/pots puis refermez-les.<\/li><li>Laissez fermenter \u00e0<strong> <\/strong>40\u00b0 pendant 2h40 heures puis \u00e9teindre et laisser 10 heures dans le four toujours ferm\u00e9.
