{"id":2472,"date":"2021-07-04T21:26:01","date_gmt":"2021-07-04T19:26:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/?p=2472"},"modified":"2021-07-04T21:26:03","modified_gmt":"2021-07-04T19:26:03","slug":"chapati-pain-indien","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2021\/07\/04\/chapati-pain-indien\/","title":{"rendered":"Chapati (pain Indien)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Voici une recette de pain indien sans levure ou levain, c&#8217;est un pain plat traditionnel Indien que l&#8217;on peut \u00e9videmment retrouver au Pakistan ou au Sri Lanka par exemple.\u00a0<br>C&#8217;est un pain \u00e0 base de farine de bl\u00e9 compl\u00e8te\u00a0T110\u00a0tr\u00e8s facile\u00a0\u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, il ne n\u00e9cessite pas de temps de repos\u00a0(seulement 15 minutes)\u00a0et facile a manger \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gluten n&#8217;est pas \u00e0 supprimer de son alimentation hors pathologies\u00a0sp\u00e9cifiques mais\u00a0lorsqu&#8217;on en\u00a0mange il\u00a0est important soit de varier les farines et d&#8217;aller vers du fait maison\u00a0(id\u00e9alement)\u00a0avec des farines bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour 6 chapatis il vous faudra : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g de farine T110<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re a soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li><li>Sel <\/li><li>Eau ti\u00e8de<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verser la farine dans un cul de poule. Ajouter le sel ainsi que l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer et ajouter de l&#8217;eau progressivement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te molle et bien mall\u00e9able.<\/li><li>Arroser le cul de poule d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, rouler la p\u00e2te en boule. Couvrir d&#8217;un torchon et laisser reposer 15 min.<\/li><li>Chauffer la po\u00eale, pr\u00e9parer un petit bol de farine.
