{"id":362,"date":"2018-10-29T18:51:16","date_gmt":"2018-10-29T17:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/?p=362"},"modified":"2020-02-20T21:03:54","modified_gmt":"2020-02-20T20:03:54","slug":"lait-damande-maison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/29\/lait-damande-maison\/","title":{"rendered":"Boisson aux amandes maison"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span id=\"p69\">Le lait (boisson maintenant) d&#8217;amande maison un classique de la cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/span><span id=\"p70\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p71\">Je ne le fais pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, car je n&#8217;ai pas toujours le temps et surtout le lait d&#8217;<span id=\"76\" class=\"s-rg-t\">amande<\/span> ne se garde pas tr\u00e8s longtemps, 3\/4 jours grand max au frigo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p72\">Mais je ne sais pas si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 lu les \u00e9tiquettes de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9taux du commerce,\u00a0mais on y trouve toujours des tas d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients :<\/span><span id=\"p73\">\u00a0<em>sucre de canne, ar\u00f4me naturel,\u00a0<span id=\"78\" class=\"s-rg-t\">maltodextrine<\/span>\u00a0de ma\u00efs,\u00a0amidon de riz,\u00a0<span id=\"79\" class=\"s-rg-t\">carragh\u00e9nane<\/span>, sel marin, phosphate\u00a0<span id=\"80\" class=\"s-rg-t\">tricalcite<\/span>, \u00e9mulsifiant,\u00a0algue marine\u00a0Lithothamnium calcareum\u00a0<\/em><span id=\"81\" class=\"s-bl-t\">etc\u2026<\/span><\/span><span id=\"p74\">\u00a0<strong>Mais surtout le principal ingr\u00e9dient des laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux de grande surface, c&#8217;est l&#8217;eau.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p84\">Il est donc plus \u00e9conomique de faire son lait\u00a0<span id=\"85\">soi-m\u00eame<\/span>, mais surtout dans le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal maison vous serez assur\u00e9 de savoir ce qu&#8217;il y a dedans et d&#8217;avoir un taux d&#8217;amandes plus important compar\u00e9 au lait de grande surface. Ce qui vous apportera bien plus de vitamines et de min\u00e9raux que dans les boissons du commerce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Pour un 1L de boisson il faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-container\">\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><strong><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\" data-normalized=\"200\" data-fraction=\"\" data-original=\"200\">200<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\" data-original=\"g\">g<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-name\">d&#8217;amandes non \u00e9mond\u00e9es Bio (amandes avec la peau marron pas comme sur la photo \ud83d\ude42 )<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1L d&#8217;eau filtr\u00e9e\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>En fonction de vos go\u00fbts personnels, vous pouvez rajouter un peu de vanille, un peu de sirop d&#8217;agave, du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, du miel, du sucre de fleur de coco, des dates&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"p168\">Pour\u00a0<span id=\"178\">1L<\/span>\u00a0de lait, trempez d\u2019abord\u00a0<span id=\"179\">200g<\/span> d\u2019amandes, dans de l\u2019eau toute la <span id=\"180\">nuit<\/span> ou 24h <span id=\"p185\">(\u00e9tape indispensable).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p170\">Le lendemain, \u00e9gouttez les amandes et placez-les dans un\u00a0<span id=\"181\" class=\"s-rg-t\">blender<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"p169\">(puissant)<\/span>\u00a0ou un\u00a0<span id=\"182\" class=\"s-rg-t\">thermomix<\/span> avec 1 litre d&#8217;eau min\u00e9rale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p171\">Mixez pendant 40 secondes \u00e0 1 minute jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les amandes soient compl\u00e8tement broy\u00e9es.<\/span><span id=\"p172\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p173\">Filtrez le liquide avec un filet pour lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ou un tamis*.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p175\">Conservez au frais, dans un r\u00e9cipient ferm\u00e9\u00a0<span id=\"p174\">(pendant 3\/4 jours maximum)<\/span>\u00a0mais surtout d\u00e9gustez bien frais&#8230;<\/span><span id=\"p176\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-425 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/lait-1024x514.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/lait-1024x514.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/lait-300x151.jpg 300w, https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/lait-768x385.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p20\"><span id=\"25\">*Une<\/span>\u00a0fois les amandes broy\u00e9es et pass\u00e9es au\u00a0tamis, il\u00a0vous restera ce que l&#8217;on appelle de l&#8217;<strong><span id=\"27\">Okara<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><span id=\"p21\">\u00a0\u00c9talez cette pulpe sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/span><span id=\"p22\">\u00a0Faites la s\u00e9cher \u00e0 four doux\u00a0<span id=\"p19\">(<span id=\"24\" class=\"s-bl-t\">160\u00b0C<\/span>)<\/span>\u00a0pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/span><span id=\"p23\">\u00a0Vous pourrez alors l&#8217;utiliser comme de la poudre d&#8217;amande.
