Je pensais comme beaucoup de gens que le safran se cultiv\u00e9 par m\u00e9t\u00e9o cl\u00e9mente mais le safran pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le froid et un petit peu d\u2019humidit\u00e9 autant dire que la Normandie lui convient plut\u00f4t bien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pic\u00e9 int\u00e9ressante gustativement mais aussi sur le plan nutritionnel, c\u2019est une <strong>plante adaptog\u00e8ne, qui agit sur l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u00e9pressif, le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre nerveux et physique,<\/strong> c\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pour \u00e7a que l\u2019on a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 la cultiver il y a fort longtemps.
