id=\"p92\">\u00e0<\/span><span id=\"21\" class=\"s-rg-t\">\u00a0mort<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"p15\">(ne t&#8217;inqui\u00e8te pas maman, je n&#8217;ai pas fait de\u00a0<span id=\"20\" class=\"s-bl-t\">b\u00eatises<\/span>)<\/span>\u00a0ma derni\u00e8re volont\u00e9 serait de d\u00e9guster du chocolat.<\/span><span id=\"p18\">\u00a0Un dessert sans chocolat n&#8217;est pas vraiment un dessert pour moi.<\/span><span id=\"p19\">\u00a0J&#8217;exag\u00e8re un peu, mais le moelleux au chocolat ou les c\u0153urs coulants au chocolat sont de loin mes desserts pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette recette de c\u0153ur coulant au gingembre<em> sans gluten, sans beurre, peu\u00a0<span id=\"58\">sucr\u00e9e et super<\/span>\u00a0facile<\/em>\u00a0<span id=\"p54\">(malheureusement, il n&#8217;est pas\u00a0<span id=\"56\">vegan,<\/span> j&#8217;y ai mis un \u0153uf des poules du jardin de mes parents, mais je vais continuer de chercher la recette de c\u0153ur coulant <span id=\"57\">vegan<\/span>\u00a0parfait&#8230;)<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Pour 6 coeurs coulants il faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g de chocolat noir<\/li>\n<li>50g de pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou (ou d&#8217;amandes)<\/li>\n<li>60g de sucre muscovado<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>2cs de lait d&#8217;amande (noisette, cajou ou soja)<\/li>\n<li>30g de farine de soja<\/li>\n<li>30g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li>\n<li>une bonne pinc\u00e9e de gingembre<\/li>\n<li>une pinc\u00e9e de curcuma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"p92\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/span><span id=\"p93\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p94\">Faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie, une fois fondu y mettre la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou et les deux cuill\u00e8res <span id=\"p113\"><span id=\"p17\"><span id=\"p92\">\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/span> soupe de lait d&#8217;amande, laisser sur <span id=\"101\" class=\"s-rg-t\">feu tr\u00e8s doux<\/span>, m\u00e9langer.<\/span><span id=\"p95\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p95\">Rajouter les \u0153ufs tout en m\u00e9langeant.<\/span><span id=\"p96\">\u00a0Enlever la casserole du feu.<\/span><span id=\"p97\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p97\">Dans un r\u00e9cipient m\u00e9langer la poudre d&#8217;amande, la farine de soja, le sucre, le gingembre et le curcuma.<\/span><span id=\"p98\">\u00a0Incorporer et m\u00e9langer le m\u00e9lange sec au chocolat.<\/span><span id=\"p103\">\u00a0Mettre la pr\u00e9paration dans des moules \u00e0 muffins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p113\">Mettre les c\u0153urs coulants au four 10 min (ou moins)\u00a0<span id=\"p17\"><span id=\"p92\">\u00e0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"p92\">180\u00b0\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"p112\">(pour un coulant\u00a0incomparable, le\u00a0timing est \u00e0 la seconde pr\u00e8s)<\/span>, rester pr\u00e8s du four.<\/span><span id=\"p107\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>J&#8217;adore manger ses petits coulants avec un Golden Milk maison (recette <a href=\"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2018\/11\/04\/golden-milk-ou-lait-dor-au-curcuma\/\">ici<\/a>) ou un Pumpkin Spice Latte (recette <a
