id=\"p52\">(vous commencez\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0conna\u00eetre mon amour du\u00a0<span id=\"57\">chocolat<\/span>)<\/span>\u00a0du coup voici ma recette du marbr\u00e9 sans\u00a0<span id=\"58\">lactose<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"p51\">(malheureusement, il contient des\u00a0\u0153ufs, il\u00a0n&#8217;est pas encore\u00a0<span id=\"55\">vegan<\/span>&#8230;)\u00a0<span id=\"p101\">Mais vous verrez, il est d\u00e9licieux, moelleux \u00e0 souhait, pas sec du tout ce qui est souvent le cas des\u00a0<span id=\"103\">marbr\u00e9s je<\/span>\u00a0trouve.<\/span><span id=\"p102\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Pour r\u00e9aliser le marbr\u00e9 chocolat vanille il faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de farine (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 un m\u00e9lange tout fait de farine de bl\u00e9 et de grand \u00e9peautre, si vous n&#8217;en n&#8217;avez pas, la farine de bl\u00e9 fera tr\u00e8s bien l&#8217;affaire)<\/li>\n<li>150g de beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/li>\n<li>100ml de lait d&#8217;amande (recette <a href=\"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/29\/lait-damande-maison\/\">ici<\/a>) ou lait de soja<\/li>\n<li>50g de sucre blanc<\/li>\n<li>50g de sucre de canne<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sachet de levure<\/li>\n<li>100g de\u00a0<span id=\"11\">chocolat<\/span>\u00a0p\u00e2tissier\u00a0noir<\/li>\n<li>1 cs d&#8217;ar\u00f4me\u00a0de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le beurre et le sucre<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les \u0153ufs un par un, en m\u00e9langeant bien<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le lait d&#8217;amande, m\u00e9langer bien puis incorporer la farine tamise et la levure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te en deux, dans une moiti\u00e9 ajouter le chocolat fondu et dans l\u2019autre l\u2019ar\u00f4me vanille<\/li>\n<li>Verser les 2 p\u00e2tes dans un moule \u00e0 cake pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 avec du beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, vos deux pr\u00e9parations vanille et chocolat en alternant<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner pour 35 mn \u00e0 45 mn de cuisson \u00e0 180\u00b0\u00a0<span class=\"instructions\">(la cuisson varie en fonction de votre four)<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"instructions\">le g\u00e2teau est pr\u00eat quand la lame de votre couteau ressort s\u00e8che<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><span id=\"p83\">Savourez avec un bon <a href=\"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/17\/lait-vegetal-aux-epices-dautomne\/\">lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal aux \u00e9pices d&#8217;automnes<\/a>, les \u00e9pices feront ressortir
