{"id":768,"date":"2018-12-01T11:02:22","date_gmt":"2018-12-01T10:02:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/?p=768"},"modified":"2018-12-01T11:29:52","modified_gmt":"2018-12-01T10:29:52","slug":"pudding-de-chia-banane-poire-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2018\/12\/01\/pudding-de-chia-banane-poire-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Pudding de chia\/banane\/poire\/chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"p47\"><strong>Le petit-d\u00e9j peut \u00eatre notre ami ou notre ennemi.<\/strong><br \/>\nIl a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 mon ennemi, mais maintenant, il est devenu mon meilleur ami, je ne peux pas m&#8217;en passer, si je ne petit\u00a0<span id=\"50\" class=\"s-rg-t\">d\u00e9jeune<\/span>\u00a0pas, c&#8217;est un peu dur.<\/span><span id=\"p48\">\u00a0J&#8217;adore les petits\u00a0<span id=\"51\" class=\"s-rg-t\">dej<\/span> <span id=\"p136\">\u00e0<\/span> base\u00a0<span id=\"52\" class=\"s-rg-t\">de chia<\/span>, de flocons d&#8217;avoine, de banane&#8230;<\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"p49\">J&#8217;avais envie de vous parler de ce pudding\u00a0<span id=\"53\">de chia<\/span>\u00a0que j&#8217;adore, que je trouve tellement bon, digeste, plein de fibre, de vitamine, de calcium, sans sucre ajout\u00e9 et tellement gourmand.\u00a0Et c&#8217;est un\u00a0v\u00e9ritable\u00a0<span id=\"200\">boost<\/span>\u00a0d&#8217;\u00e9nergie\u00a0jusqu&#8217;au\u00a0d\u00e9jeuner\u00a0du midi. <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Pour le pudding de chia il vous faut :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>graines de chia<\/li>\n<li>lait d&#8217;amande (recette <a href=\"http:\/\/larevanchedesharicots.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/29\/lait-damande-maison\/\">ici<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>demi-banane<\/li>\n<li>demi-poire<\/li>\n<li>flocons d&#8217;avoines<\/li>\n<li>cannelle<\/li>\n<li>p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/li>\n<li>pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou<\/li>\n<li>graines de courge\/graines de lin\/graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La veille :<br \/>\n<\/strong><span id=\"p134\">Je trouve \u00e7a tr\u00e8s pratique de faire ma base\u00a0<span id=\"141\">de chia<\/span>\u00a0la veille comme \u00e7a je gagne du temps, j&#8217;en fait en plus grosse quantit\u00e9 et elle se garde facilement deux jours au frigo.<\/span><span id=\"p135\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p136\">Pour la base\u00a0<span id=\"142\" class=\"s-rg-t\">de<\/span>\u00a0chia je mets deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines\u00a0<span id=\"143\" class=\"s-rg-t\">de<\/span>\u00a0chia avec trois cuill\u00e8res\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0soupe de lait d&#8217;amande, un tout petit peu de cannelle et je remue bien.<\/span><span id=\"p137\">\u00a0<em>Et je laisse reposer la nuit pour les graines\u00a0<span id=\"145\" class=\"s-rg-t\">de chia<\/span>\u00a0gonflent.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p147\">C&#8217;est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s pratique de moudre les graines de courge\/lin et s\u00e9same la veille, j&#8217;aime saupoudrer mes pr\u00e9parations de ce m\u00e9lange, mais il faut surtout bien les moudre surtout les graines de lin, sinon elles ne sont pas tr\u00e8s digestes.<\/span><span id=\"p139\">\u00a0<em>Ces graines sont tr\u00e8s riches en om\u00e9ga-3, essentiels pour notre cerveau.<\/em><\/span><em><span id=\"p140\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"p177\">Le matin m\u00eame :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"p177\">Je mets\u00a0<span id=\"184\">mon chia<\/span>\u00a0dans un joli bol, on sous-estime la beaut\u00e9 des plats au quotidien, mais c&#8217;est vrai que c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s\u00a0<span id=\"185\">agr\u00e9able<\/span>\u00a0de manger dans de la jolie vaisselle.<\/span><span id=\"p178\"><br \/>\nJe coupe ma\u00a0<span id=\"186\" class=\"s-rg-t\">demi banane<\/span>, ma\u00a0<span id=\"187\" class=\"s-rg-t\">demi poire<\/span>, je mets mes flocons d&#8217;avoine \u00e0 cot\u00e9 de\u00a0<span id=\"188\" class=\"s-rg-t\">mon chia<\/span>.<\/span><span id=\"p179\">\u00a0Je saupoudre de mon m\u00e9lange de graines, de cannelle.<\/span><span id=\"p180\">\u00a0Et je rajoute mes p\u00e9pites de chocolat, et ma pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou au centre.<\/span><span id=\"p181\">\u00a0Je plonge ma cuill\u00e8re et je d\u00e9guste&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p192\">Vous mangez quoi vous au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ?<\/span><span id=\"p183\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le petit-d\u00e9j peut \u00eatre notre ami ou notre ennemi.
